View and manage newsletter subscribers from your website.

Prerequisites

  • Paid subscription (not available on free plan)
  • A newsletter/signup form on your website

How to access

Navigate to Dashboard → [Your Website] → Subscribers.

Viewing subscribers

You’ll see:
  • Subscriber email addresses
  • Subscription date for each subscriber
  • Total subscriber count
If you have no subscribers yet, you’ll see “No subscribers yet.”

Exporting subscribers

  1. Click Export Subscribers (top right).
  2. A CSV downloads automatically (for example: website_subscribers.csv).
  3. Open it in Excel/Google Sheets to import, analyze, or back up your list.

Free plan behavior

On the free plan, you may see a prompt like “Upgrade to a Paid plan to view and edit settings.”

Collecting subscribers (newsletter form)

To collect subscribers:
  1. Go to the website editor.
  2. Add a section that includes a newsletter signup form.
  3. Ensure the form includes an email input and is connected to the newsletter feature.
